What's SUP Antigua?

Located on the beautiful soft sands of Dickenson Bay,  Stand Up Paddle Antigua offers direct access to the tranquil Caribbean Sea, a perfect area to try SUPing for the whole family. Not only is SUP fun for everyone, it is a great way to explore and really see what's out there, providing a platform for increased visibility above and below the water.  SUP is also a great core workout!  Come out and paddle with us today!

Rentals

​Instruction​

 We provide everything you need to get out on the water, including all the top of the line U.S. Coast Guard approved equipment including paddles, p.f.d.'s, and ankle leashes. GoPro action cameras are available for rental to capture your adventure in stunning HD. We also provide a tutorial,  individually geared to your level of experience.  

​If you would like to learn even more, or would like to further your skills as a paddler, reserve a private lesson with Tim Juul our ACA certified SUP/Sea Kayaking Instructor and guide.
